Terms of use

Revised in October 2026. Reading niegranada.com, or writing to us through it, means agreeing to the few rules below.

Whose site this is

NIE Granada is a small private service. No police force, ministry, Subdelegación or town hall owns it, pays for it or vouches for it, and none of its pages is an official notice. The procedures it describes are open to everyone at the public counters, where the only cost is the official tasa.

The help on offer

We explain NIE, EU registration, TIE and padrón procedures for Granada and its province, prepare the forms your case needs, look for appointment slots on the cita previa system and brief you before you go. Whether an application succeeds, and when, is decided by the administration; we can promise neither an outcome nor a date.

From a message to an agreement

Writing to us commits you to nothing. We answer by email with the help we think fits and what it costs. Work begins, and payment becomes due, only after you have said yes to that answer in writing; an email saying so is enough.

Your side of it

  • Tell us the truth about who you are and what your situation is.
  • Give us only documents that are authentic, current and yours.
  • Turn up to the appointments made in your name: most procedures cannot be done without you.

On the trámite pages

Each guide names the official pages it relies on, and we update the guides when those pages change. Rules, forms and offices still move faster than any website, so check the official requirements of the day, or ask us, before acting on what you read here.

Where our responsibility ends

We answer for the care we bring to the work we have accepted. Decisions, delays and changes made by the administration, the scarcity of appointments, and the effects of incomplete or wrong information given to us are outside it.

Sites we link to

Links to official websites and to independent partners are given for convenience. What those sites publish, and the terms on which they publish it, are for them to answer for.

The law behind these rules

Spanish law applies to these rules, alongside every protection that consumer law grants you. Questions about them are welcome at consultas@niegranada.com.
