Privacy notice

Revised in October 2026. What follows describes how niegranada.com treats the personal data that reaches it through its forms, under the EU’s GDPR and the Spanish law that complements it.

The controller

The controller of your data is NIE Granada, the independent service behind niegranada.com. Every request about this notice goes to consultas@niegranada.com.

The data that reaches us

• Whatever you type into the forms: a name, an email address and, only if you add them, a phone number, your nationality, the trámite that concerns you and a free message.
• A few technical traces of each submission (time, IP address, browser string), kept so that the forms can be defended against abuse.

Keep passports, cards and certificates out of the forms. If a document is needed later, we will explain a safer way to send it.

What we use it for, and on which basis

• Replying to you and drawing up a proposal, at your request, before any contract: GDPR article 6.1.b.
• Doing the work you accept: the contract itself, article 6.1.b.
• Filtering spam and misuse of the forms: a legitimate interest, article 6.1.f.

No sale of data, no advertising profiles, no decision about you taken by a machine.

Recipients

Hosting and email providers handle your request on our behalf, bound by confidentiality. Your data goes further only when you ask: to the partner service you have chosen, or to the administration as part of your own procedure. Any transfer outside the European Economic Area relies on the safeguards the GDPR sets.

Retention

An enquiry that leads nowhere is erased within twelve months. Files of work we have carried out stay only as long as tax and accounting law obliges us, then they are erased too.

Rights you can exercise

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability are yours to exercise by writing to consultas@niegranada.com. Should you think we have handled your data wrongly, the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD, receives complaints at aepd.es.
